Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for ICFTIC 2024 Regular is 3800 RMB per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 400RMB.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

• Accommodation

• Visa application fee

• Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.

Full Conference Registration Includes

1. Access to meetings sessions on November 8-10.

2. Free coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on November 9.

3. Conference kits including printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir...

4. Publication at conference proceeding, full paper only

5. Presentation(oral/poster) during the technical session

Notes

全额缴纳注册费并提交缴费证明后，方可确认注册成功。注册成功后，参会者将收到会议电子门票，届时请凭此门票至现场办理注册手续。

The registration will not be confirmed unless the registration fee being paid in full and payment details being received by the conference organizer. A conference tickets will be sent to the registrant once the registration being completed.

一篇论文的其他作者或是陪同人员可付费注册为听众。

Other co-authors and accompanying persons can register as listeners.

每篇文章需至少一名作者注册并做报告，否则论文将不予收录至论文集。

At least one author of a paper should register for the conference, and at least one author should present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

会议主办方有权根据不可抗力因素更改会议时间、地点及举办方式。若会议举办受到 “不可抗力”影响，会议主办方将不承担任何责任，包括退款或支付任何形式的补偿。此类情况包括但不限于自然灾害、动乱、恐怖活动、战争（宣战或未宣战）、流行病及所有不受主办方控制的类似事件。

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the conference dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure". Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war (declared or undeclared), epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control. 

Content will be submitted to the major databases for indexing. As indexing services are provided by independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.

Cancellation Policy

疫情期间，会议时间、会场、举办形式或根据防疫政策做出调整，请参会者提前1个月向主办方咨询详细信息。线下参会者请自行提前预订住宿。

The conference dates, venue, format might be rearranged due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Please confirm conference format with the organizer one months ahead of the conference to make a travel plan. Attendants to onsite conference are recommended to make earlier reservation of hotels by themselves.

若注册者因个人原因无法参会，请提前与会议主办方联系，安排他人代替出席，或将参会资格转至其他会议（12个月以内）。

若无法采取上述解决方案，与会者因个人原因要求取消会议并退款，可申请退费，详情请参照以下“退费条款”：

·会议开始日期前90天内: 退回已付注册费的70%

·会议开始前30至60天: 退回已付注册费的50%

·会议前30天内。退还30%的款项

·会议结束后：不退款

注意

*取消参会和申请退款需将正式申请文件发送至邮箱ICFTIC@163.com。

*如最终缺席会议，主办方将不予退款。

Rearrangement should be made in consultation with the conference organizer if the registrant is unable to attend ICFTIC 2024 for personal reason. They may substitute someone else to attend the conference, or transfer their participation to next edition or other sponsored conferences (within 12 months).

 If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, and the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasonsthe following policies of cancellation and refund apply.  

·60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

·30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

·Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

·After conference: no refund

Please note

*The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to  ICFTIC@163.com。

*For “No-Show” without cancelation notice sent within the period specified in the policy, the registration fee is nonrefundable.
